How we work
From first consultation to aftercare
Making a denture takes more than one appointment. Below you can see the steps we go through together.

- Consultation
- Impression
- Try-in
- Fitting
- Aftercare
The steps at a glance
Expect four to six appointments, spread over a few weeks. In between, we make your denture.
- Consultation — we look at your mouth and discuss the options and the costs
- Impression — we take a precise impression of your jaw
- Try-in — you try a test version and we decide on shape and color together
- Fitting — the denture is ready and we adjust it on the spot
- Aftercare — fine-tuning within a few weeks, then a yearly checkup

Questions about the process
Do I need a referral from my dentist?
No. You can go straight to a denturist, both for a new denture and for a repair.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your ID, your insurance details and — if you have one — your current denture, even if it is broken.
What if the denture does not feel right?
Then come back. Adjustments are part of the treatment and cost you nothing extra. Please do not just put up with it.
